We at Computer1Stop.com ship via FEDEX.
Most orders will ship within 72 hours. We will do our best to make sure that happens, there are times that it
may take longer. Examples of these times are delay in payment and customer
upgrades.
For orders larger than 5 the ship time will be greater than 72 hours.
FEDEX delivers in most cases within 5 business days, however we can not guarantee
delivery date once it has shipped.
We do our best to insure you receive the best
we have to offer, these are electronic components though and failures do happen.
Please follow our return guidelines when returning a product. If you do have a
failure please contact us as soon as possible to insure the best service we have.
RETURN POLICIES
Your satisfaction is our first goal at Computer1Stop.com, if we are unable to correct the problem over
the phone through customer support or technical support. We may have to have the
item returned to make this process go as smooth as possible, please read
all the Return Policies before attempting a return.
All returns require an RMA number. You may obtain an RMA
number by contacting our customer service department at
customersupport@computer1stop.com
RMA Numbers are valid for 14 calendar days and will be canceled and refused if the return takes longer.
Any claims of shipment shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
RMA PROCEDURES
1. You can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) through email.
Someone from our RMA department will email you with your RMA number and details
regarding the return. Be sure to then write the RMA # on the outside of your box
and mail back the product.
2. Please allow at least 3 business days for the RMA number to be issued.
3. Your RMA Number will be good for 14 business days from the date of issue.
4. Use the original packing materials to repack the merchandise to be returned.
5. Please include copies of your packing slip or original invoice with your return shipment.
6. You must write your RMA Number on the outside of the package and your
packing slip. The contents of the package and the RMA request must match.
Computer1Stop.com will not accept any items that are not authorized for return
and will automatically refuse the package and deny the RMA request.
7. You will be responsible for prepaying all return shipping. We will pay shipping back to you if return is found within warrenty.
8. For ease of tracking, please email the return tracking numbers to:
customersupport@computer1stop.com Computer1Stop.com will not be responsible for returns sent without a tracking number.
9. Please allow 1 week after Computer1Stop.com receives your product for us
to review your RMA request
10. Please allow 2 weeks for a credit to appear on your credit card.
